Meet with Dr Zack
We talk through what you would like to change, then Dr Zack evaluates your facial harmony, jaw bones, bite, and teeth.

Review the treatment options, ask questions, and discuss treatment timing, expectations, and associated fees.
Before Treatment
A recent dental exam and cleaning are required.
No referral is required to schedule a consultation. Before orthodontic treatment begins, patients are responsible for having a dental exam and cleaning within the previous six months and for having no untreated cavities or active gum disease.
